The reception staff made our stay special by celebrating my birthday with a surprise wine gift, but the room condition was disappointing with neglected cleanliness and maintenance issues.

For us it was ideal.

Decent stay but not a 4-star vibe
So we stayed for 1 night and honestly, the place was a bit of a letdown. Rooms looked old and weren’t cozy at all. I found stains everywhere, and cleaning could def be better. On a high note, the breakfast was actually pretty good! So yeah, it’s not great but it’s not awful either.

The experience was enriched by the incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make my son's birthday special, surprising him with a cake at breakfast. Additionally, the family room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay, while the proximity to Primrose Hill and Regent's Park offered a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay, which wasn't communicated beforehand, leading to a disrupted morning. It made our overall experience less enjoyable as we faced unexpected noise early in the day.

The ineffective air conditioning is simply unacceptable!!! the bathrooms are small and dated, which detracts from the overall experience.

Air conditioning in rooms unreliable with inconsistent cooling!!! Housekeeping service often misses the mark in cleaning quality and attention to detail!!! Simple improvements could greatly enhance the overall guest experience!!!

We had a wonderful time exploring nearby Regent's Park, which was perfect for our grandson to run around and enjoy. The hotel features lovely, spacious rooms and a great pool for family fun. One special touch was the kids pack we received at check-in!
My children wanted a crib set up before arrival.

loved the location, staff were super friendly especially marwan who helped us book attractions. the room was comfy and spacious, and we really enjoyed the nice italian restaurant inside the hotel. plus, it's just a short walk to the underground which is cool.
but the check-in felt rushed and the housekeeping was kinda lacking, I kept askin for extra towels and they didn't show up.

the location and the hotel itself were very good. easy access to the nearby underground station was also very handy. the staff was very kind and helpful, they even allowed us to check in earlier. the room was nice and spacious for my family and we had everything we needed. the breakfast was solid with a lot of options to choose from.
the parking situation was a bit of a disaster and super overpriced food and drink at the hotel made us order takeout instead. also, the room had some noise issues from outside.
